Media Application Form

Please Read Before Requesting Media Credentials.


Thanks for your interest in the International Friendship and Freedom Games. The preferred method for credential application will be done by email request. If you require a hard-copy application, please email sutrac@aol.com and one will be faxed to you. The deadline for the hard-copy request is March 15.

A separate application must be submitted for each staff member of a publication. After you media request has been received, you will be contacted regarding confirmation. Freelance reporters and photographers must present proof of assignment on the letterhead of the publication for which they are working, submitted by an editor or producer of the media outlet. Please include a URL for the outlet or, if it is not easily viewable on the internet, please include a copy of the publication with the letter of application. The deadline for freelance request is March 20. Please understand that organizers reserve the right to limit media credentials to working media of recognized outlets.

Receiving Credentials

About 10 days before the International Friendship and Freedom Games, you will receive at the email address listed on your credential application further information and details about credential pickup, parking, etc. In the meantime, if you have any questions please contact the Brooks Johnson, at sutrac@aol.com.

Deadline for completed applications for non-freelancers is March 15.
